Our ice candy plants have a high production capacity of up to 1000 candies per house. The storage capacity of the brine tank is 700 liters, and it runs on a 4 kW of power input. The main component of our candy plant is the brine tank, which consists brine solution that chills the flavoured water mixture to make ice candies. The refrigeration system uses R-404a as the refrigerant that absorbs heat from the brine and lowers its temperature to very low. The defrosting feature is provided to remove the molds of ice candy from the brine tank.
Our ice candy plant uses copper tubes to facilitate heat transfer between refrigerants and the brine solution. It is well-insulated to maintain the cold temperature. Its body is sturdy and made to last for years while maintaining its peak performance.
